What is included in the Hire Price?
The price includes the cost of hiring the vehicle for 24 hours, fully comprehensive insurance and UK breakdown cover as standard.
What documents do I need to hire a vehicle?
In order to hire a vehicle, you will need to provide us with your full driving licence (photocard), 2 proofs of your current address (dated within the last 3 months) and payment must be made on a credit/debit card. The counterpart is no longer necessary and has been replaced with a digital service that allows you to securely view and share your driving licence details. You can view your driving licence details free of charge at www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence you will need your driver number (you can find this on your photocard), National Insurance Number, postcode (this must match the postcode on your driving licence).

You will need to click the option to share your driving licence information, this will allow you to generate a one time use check code, this code will only be valid for 21 days to protect your information. If you have any problems feel free to contact us. If you are unable to provide us with this code our staff will be able to do a DVLA phone check at the cost of £5.00. If you hold a European driving licence, you will need to bring your EU driving licence and your passport or EU Member State ID Card and proof of your current address.
What is the minimum age to hire?
In order to hire a car or van, you must be over 25 years old and have held a full driving license for 2 years.
Can I add additional drivers?
Yes, you may add additional drivers to your hire agreement, the charge for this is £10 per day. Any additional drivers must also provide all the necessary documentation in order to be permitted to drive the vehicle.
Do you allow hire vehicles to be taken to Europe?
Yes, we do allow hire vehicles to be taken to Europe. We must be informed at the time of booking that the vehicle is to be taken abroad, so we can apply for all the relevant legal documentation you will require in order to travel. There is an additional charge for European travel, in order to provide European insurance and European breakdown cover.
Can I hire if I have points on my licence?
Yes, you can hire if you have points on your licence. Please be aware that an additional charge may be applied depending on the number and nature of the endorsements on your licence.
Do you hire to couriers?
Yes, we do hire to couriers. Please contact one of our branches for more details.
Do you offer discounts for long term hires?
Yes, we offer discounts for weekly and monthly hires. Please contact one of our branches for more details.
What is a Collision Damage Waiver?
A Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is an additional daily charge which you can choose to pay instead of paying a deposit. The Collision Damage Waiver DOES NOT include damage to windscreens or windows, mirrors or their casings, alloy wheels or wheel trims, damage to tyres or driver negligence.

We have branches conveniently located in Medway to offer car and van hire throughout Kent. The areas we serve are Sittingbourne, Newington, Faversham, Rainham, Hempstead, Twydall, Chatham, Medway, Rochester, Strood, Hoo, Wainscott, Gravesend, Northfleet, Maidstone, Canterbury, Whitstable, Herne Bay, Ramsgate, Margate and Broadstairs and all surrounding areas.
Drop-off and Collections?
Hire 2 You offer a Drop-off and Collection service for all our vehicles, this service is chargeable for all under 1 week rentals, but is completely free for over 1 week rentals.

For under 1 week rentals a charge of £20 for drop-off and £20 for collection will apply.

You are more than welcome to use this service for Drop-off/collection only.

Drop-off and collections are limited to a radius of 25 miles of our service area/branch addresses.
